Queen Majesty Red Habanero & Black Coffee Hot Sauce combines an exciting flavour with a sensational heat. This is our hottest recipe, we use more than twice the amount of hot peppers than in our Scotch Bonnet & Ginger Sauce. Our RHBC sauce also differs from the other 2 sauces because it does not have any citrus juice, but it does have 3 types of vinegar: our own dark roasted coffee-infused vinegar, Bragg's apple cider vinegar and for extra depth of flavour we add in some pure balsamic vinegar. There won't be an overwhelming coffee flavour but what it does add is a nice smoky darkness that stands up to the intense flavour of the red habaneros. This sauce works great with rich foods like chilis, stews and pizza. You can also try mixing it with ketchup for fries and burgers, or add as-is to the perfect falafel sandwich. Our preference is to put it on everything.
